  I am very surprized seeing so good reviews for this company because my experience was mostly negative. When I called them and asked to come, to check my waterheater and provide me with three quotas, I clearly asked if the visit was free and I received an answer SURE. Later, someone told me about Dispatch fee that they may remove I was sure that they were talking about time of service, but they talked about "free quote". No, I must read triple service minds. The original quote that they gave me about installation of dishwasher almost three times exceeded the price of dishwasher. Later they make it double, but I rejected. Now I understand the true name of this company. I am sure that they provide a great service, however I was lucky to get triple price. I read an answer and must reply because an effort to present things incorrectly there: there was confusion about dispatch caused by Triple Service, but there was no confusion about quotes, this company try to overprice customers, so I advise keep away from Triple Service. Today I found another company that can do the same simple job priced around $900 by Triple Service Inc. for $200. This company tries to confirm their unbelievable high prices. Yes, they try to overprice customers. There are many companies and professional people on the market who can do great job for a fraction of Tripple Service company prices. They did not return me the fee despite there otiginal promiss of free visit.

  I've been with Triple Service for 3 years and have never had any issues. All the techs that come out are knowledgeable and friendly. This week I had an AC inspection, which resulted in a replacement. They were out the next day to get the job done. Truly great service all around.

  Service tech Brian came out on 2 days (M&W) and got first our new furnace back up (it had blown a fuse; we had a power surge) and today he came first thing and traced down the fault that wouldn't let the AC unit start up. He was very knowledgeable and explained it all in a very professional manner. Brian has a very good personality. so, I would recommend Triple Service for your new and repair needs. They may not be the cheapest around but remember, you get what you pay for.

  My mother had a back up. They went through the main linefrom the street, But not from the house but toward. Told her Job was completed 700.00. She had back up again next day. Now they want to charge her another 300.00. She is 80 years old. Don't trust Matt! He'll screw you over. Especially when he admits he knew it was from the main in the house. And walked away. More greedy company!! Thank you Michelle thank you for making it right. Thank you AJ.
