  PHENOMENAL SERVICE! I had 4 techs help me throughout the couple of days of fixing my furnace. The most kindest, sweetest, professional guys in the industry! Jason, Jake, KC and OTT were top notch. Mike runs a great team of guys. 10/10 recommend.

  We had replaced both heating and A/C back in May of this year. Jason was our technician and was really great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and worked carefully and throughly to get the end results my husband was looking for. My husband had alot of prep work to do first and Jason was very understanding of all that. So in the end, we were very pleased with Jason's patience with all that. Would highly recommend McHenry Heating & Air. Pricing was great and they were able to get us all set up in a very timely manner.

  These guys do business right. We had an ac, furnace, water heater installed and had our ducts cleaned. We felt it was a fair price, the work was done efficiently and all the mess was cleaned up and taken away. Special thanks to Neal, Lucas, and Jarred for doing such a great job. We would also like to thank Dot for coming back for a follow up. The cookies were delicious 😋

  My A/C system recently went out - it was 21 years old. McHenry Heating & Air was referred to me by a neighbor and they were able to come out that morning to troubleshoot. I ended up having to get a new A/C and furnace system. The techs who came for the install were Jake and Bailey - they arrived early (which was fine with me under the circumstances!) and worked non-stop until the job was completed. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend!

  Excellent service! I called the day before for an evaluation of my air conditioner with the hope that I would be able to have my unit checked the next day during a the only 2 hour window of time that I was available. I was so surprised that I was able to speak with someone right away! No waiting or a lack of response!. The person that scheduled the appointment was understanding of my timeframe restrictions & was able to adjust their service staff to accommodate my request. I was surprised & very happy that I received not only a phone call but a follow up text message with all the appointment details & a picture of Jeff Y, the technician that would be servicing my air conditioner 20 minutes prior to to his arrival. He arrived promptly which allowed an hour to evaluate & fix the issue so that I would not miss another appointment. I would highly recommend Jeff Y. He took the time to explain the issues with my air conditioner & was able to fix the problem before leaving. Excellent service! Unlike the previous company that I have used for heating & air conditioning, I felt that I could trust the information & cost discussed with Jeff. I have been very disappointment with another heating & air conditioning business that I have a maintenance contract with over the last 3 years. I contacted the owner by phone to discuss a squealing noise with the unit but was told not to worry, that it was just chattering. I also sent a video of the problem requesting an evaluation but have yet to receive a response. That was 2 weeks prior to contacting McHenry Heating & Air. I will be cancelling his service contact & will be switching to McHenry Heating & Air due to their prompt, friendly response to questions & the outstanding service received during my 1st encounter.
