  Quoted me 150k to 180k to finish my basement, no bathroom/plumbing. Walls, outlets, flooring and lights. Ludacris, could buy a small house for that. $200 a sq foot to finish my basement is wild. Would not recommend this company. Rough estimate was $180-$200/sq.ft for an 800 sq.ft basment. You're so far off from the norm for that price the basement should be layered in gold. That's the reason for the review. I mentioned basic furnishing nothing fancy just walls put up lighting and outlets. Other estimates have come in around $40-80 per sq foot. You're work can't be that different. We're finishing a basement not building a house from the dirt up.

  We hired Oak Leaf to tear off and replace oursiding with cement siding and put new windows in. We had a terrible problem with woodpeckers with our cedar siding. No longer. They did a great job. The guys were fantastic, answered all questions and so polite. We would hire them again with no problem for future work.

  I hired Oak Leaf Construction to help on my kitchen and first floor demo and rough in. I had a vision in mind of how I wanted things to be done and Tony and his crew worked with me to accomplish everything that I envisioned. Trust me when I say I am very particular in how I want things done and Tony was there helping our vision become a reality. There were a lot of surprises hidden behind the walls of my house that I didn’t expect but they figured out how to make everything work out to our satisfaction . I highly recommend Tony and all of Oak Leaf’s contractors for anyone who appreciates high quality work. George and Lori Mack

  We have been working with Tony Alongi and the crew on several projects in our multi family apartments. They are very courteous, and we are grateful that they are ready to fix any old damages and repairs due to the fact our building is over 55 years old. They have repaired our old tile showers to new panels and shower pans. Easier access into our showers as well as much easier to maintain cleaning for tenants. Beautifully trimmed, and our tenants are thrilled! We would definitely refer them to other housing authorities and property managements as well! It has been great working with Tony, and he helps solve our building issues and is wonderful to work with as he listens well!
