  I'm not typically a person to submit reviews; however, the work done and experience provided by Oak Leaf certainly warranted one. We were originally scheduled for a remodel of our old laundry room / catch-all room to turn it into a nursery with a different company. After going back-and-forth with the other company many times over the course of months just to get someone to finalize the quote, the other company told us to just find someone else.... no reason provided, no heads up, just dropped completely after months of conversation on a seemingly routine remodel. This left us in a significant time crunch as we needed to find another company and get the work completed as soon as possible. We reached out to multiple different companies in our area with Oak Leaf being included. Oak Leaf was the ONLY company who took the time to respond to us and this still holds true even after they've now completed all the work for us. The others didn't even provide so much as an automated response that they even received our initial quote request. Kelly and her crew are phenomenal to work with. They helped design our nursery, answered an endless slew of questions from us, and kept in constant communication from initial contact all the way through to the end of the work. As the work was being completed, everything was kept tidy to have minimal impact on the other spaces of our home. We were provided daily updates and schedules for the coming days. The employees kept us looped in as decisions needed to be made. The list goes on-and-on. I have only positive things to say about the experience we had with Oak Leaf and as a customer experience professional myself, that endorsement is hard to get. Great job Kelly and everyone else involved! We couldn't be happier with the outcome and you've won our business into the future.

  Quoted me 150k to 180k to finish my basement, no bathroom/plumbing. Walls, outlets, flooring and lights. Ludacris, could buy a small house for that. $200 a sq foot to finish my basement is wild. Would not recommend this company. Rough estimate was $180-$200/sq.ft for an 800 sq.ft basment. You're so far off from the norm for that price the basement should be layered in gold. That's the reason for the review. I mentioned basic furnishing nothing fancy just walls put up lighting and outlets. Other estimates have come in around $40-80 per sq foot. You're work can't be that different. We're finishing a basement not building a house from the dirt up.

  Highly recommend! Oak Leaf was such a huge help dealing with our insurance claim. Our home was damaged by high wind and hail but insurance wanted to short us and replace only the damaged pieces of siding. Our siding is 20 years old now so we were concerned about color matching, not to mention our exact siding is discontinued. Tony told them from the beginning that the similar siding which they insisted would work, would not fit. They made us order and try it anyway. Sure enough, it didn't work. Then they issued payment which wouldn't cover all materials and labor for full replacement. Tony jumped through so many hoops getting us a full replacement and payment for what it was actually worth. He was also super responsive and they've all been so patient. We will absolutely use Oak Leaf in the future.
