  I had a great experience with Embrich Plumbing! Brian was professional, courteous, and took the time to look into my plumbing issue and explain what was going on. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the situation. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time to answer questions and treat you with respect. I appreciate his time and professionalism and would recommend Embrich Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

  They were called to fix a blocked toilet. The technician cleared the blockage then continued to snake without a camera. Which caused instrument to be broken. Supervisor came out and stated they would need to run 15 feet of pipe to the city connection. This repair cost $6,700, which was the price if the equipment that was broken. My daughter asked for an itemized bill a number of times, it was never recieved. When the water department came and saw what was done they said this was at most a $200 repair. This is very bad business practice. A snake should never be sent down without a camera. And the whole job was handled unprofessionally. And I am still paying for this repair. The trench was left open and they ran 5 feet of pipe at the most. Do not use this company at any cost.

  Overall experience was good. They sent out a gentleman named James. He was very informative & professional. He answered all questions I had. He was a very HARD WORKER & pleasant to be around. I have a clogged toilet & tub which James couldn’t get unclogged so the task was left to complete the next day. It was no fault of James! He worked on the toilet & tub for around 2 hrs but the pipes in the basement are bowed & need repaired so this was not a problem James could fix. He set up a veteran plumber to come out the next day to discuss fixing the pipeline. He did what he should & did do. I respect his honesty & would be grateful to have him fix any other problem I may have in the future with the plumbing issue. I will refer this co to other people.

  I had a confirmed gas leak in my home that I just bought and a plumbing tech named James and an HVAC tech named Conner came out to take a look at everything. They were extremely helpful and friendly and broke down the news of what was going on with the causes of the leak very succinctly and informatively. They actually cared about helping me solve this major issue and didn’t simply try to upsell me on crap I didn’t need. They were honest and very clear and even helped me secure appropriate and affordable financing to take care of the job! James even helped fix my sump pump that I wasn’t even aware was functioning improperly. Both men offered me the best option for the fix and made me a custom package that will not only increase the value of my home but also provide safety and security for quite some time. I was highly impressed with their personalized service as well as how quickly they were able to get to me and schedule me for the work. I literally called the gas leak in on 9/21, they were out today (9/22), and the work is set to be completed between 9/24 & 9/25. Not only that but I was able to get to someone at Embrich after hours just minutes after I had an Ameren tech confirm the gas leak. I cannot wait to continue working with this company as they took very good care of me! Even better news: The work was completed at my home on 9/24 and I couldn’t be happier with the job! It’s was done quickly and accurately! They even had an additional tech named Chase come out and double/triple check the work to be sure everything was perfect! 10/10 recommend this company!

  James and Eddie just replaced an outdoor spigot, installed a water softener, and replaced two bathroom faucets for me. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I had previously used Embrich Plumbing at my former home, where an unfortunate accident occurred during an emergency repair. What stood out was how Embrich responded: they took full responsibility, immediately arranged emergency remediation, and demonstrated tremendous integrity and care throughout a difficult situation. Their response actually strengthened my trust in the company and is why I chose Embrich again for my new home. I have zero regrets. Embrich Plumbing is a terrific organization that has earned my full trust, and James and Eddie are exceptional representatives of the company. I highly recommend them!
