  I had called regarding a clog in my tub as well as needing to replace a few toilets. James and Brayden came the next morning and were able to give me a quote and get everything taken care of in one day! They were super nice and respectful and explained everything.

  From thinking we had a clogged drain to finding out it was a little more serious and required expert attention…. The whole team at embrich plumbing was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done …. Thank you to Drew , Cliff, Ashton , James and Braydan … we’re back to normal in our household ….

  We returned after a 3 week vacation to find the expansion tank on the water heater had a leak on it. After I changed out the expansion tank and cleaned up the mess the water heater would not light. I called Embrich Plumbing and Heating at 6 a.m. Chad showed up at 8:00 a.m. and repaired the water heater. I appreciate how quick the service was and got me back up and running. I was very happy that he did not try to sell me parts that I did not need. I definitely will use their service again. Thanks again Chad.

  Installation of a 60-inch walk-in tub and much more. The installers, Jody and Chase were beyond terrific. Two professional guys who worked hard each day. It took several days to complete the job. When they left for the day, everything was picked up and clean. The next day they arrived on time and picked up where they left off. Attached to this was a list of services we received. It does not cover the job they did. In the beginning, they replaced all of the plumbing in our basement, they removed the old water heater and installed a new tankless water heater. They worked on the plumbing under the kitchen sink and under the bathroom sink They installed a new toilet. The installation of the new walk-in tub was not an easy matter. An opening in our bedroom wall had to be cut out so the walk-in tub could be placed into the bathroom. All this may sound simple, but it wasn't. Cody and Chase worked as a team and noting was checked just once but checked again to make sure everything was correct. I would like to suggest that if you are planning to have some plumbing done you might request this team

  I've used Embrich twice. Both times the phone and electronic communication and follow up by the office was flawless. I had two employees to my house today, Connor and Ben. I've worked with Connor before and he took the time to introduce me to Ben before they started. Both were polite and respectful. They wore show covers when inside and left no mess. They both took time to answer all my questions. We had an honest discussion about the future of my unit, it does not have a lot of life left in it. He did this without a pressure sales tactic, just a honest discussion about what to expect and how they could help now or in the near future when needed. Do I think that they are cheapest out there? No. But honesty, competency and reliability are worth something. Being able to trust that the work is done right and that you will not be overcharge is worth something. Will I call Embrich again? Yes.
