  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Embrich Plumbing! What started as a stressful situation with my basement flooding after my sump pump stopped working turned into such a positive experience because of the incredible team at Embrich. They first came out and replaced my sump pump, and after discovering additional issues, their team also completed the much bigger job of digging up my backyard and replacing the plumbing pipes leading away from my house. From beginning to end, every single person I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Jared, Ched, Kevin, and Chase were the technicians who came out to my home, and they were absolutely exceptional. They worked hard, explained things clearly, answered my questions, and showed such great teamwork throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize Hailey and Hannah in the office. Every interaction I had with them was friendly, organized, and reassuring. They helped make scheduling and communication so easy during a situation that could have felt overwhelming. It is rare to find a company where every person you encounter — from the office staff to every technician on site — provides the same level of outstanding customer service, but Embrich Plumbing truly does. Thank you Jared, Ched, Kevin, Chase, Hailey, and Hannah for your professionalism, hard work, and kindness.   I called around to several companies in the area for an urgent issue, and Embrich is the only company that got me in the next day, reducing the stress and damage the leak was causing. Dominick called and gave me an accurate ETA and arrived exactly when he said he would, and ready to help. He was very professional, listened to my concerns, offered solutions and didn’t pressure me into a larger ticket. He was able to fix my leak and stayed for an appropriate amount of time to ensure his repair was 100%. From top to bottom, everyone I spoke with was polite, professional and treated my issue with concern. I would recommend Dominick and Embrich Plumbing to anyone searching for a trustworthy local company that takes care of you. Excellent service and experience.

  I had a drain leaking into my ceiling. The first plumber I contacted was incredibly unprofessional and rude, so I called Embrich. I am glad I did. They responded quickly and professionally, making the whole process less stressful. James did an outstanding job taking care of the repair. He was kind, respectful, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He worked with me to find the best solution and handled any unexpected issues quickly. It is not often you find a company whose employees genuinely value both workmanship and customer satisfaction. I am very happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend James and everyone at Embrich to anyone needing plumbing work. They earned my trust and will be the first company I call for any future plumbing needs.

  After purchasing two toilets and a delivery and installation package from a big box company, we were dismayed that the installation contract was canceled because the company had no one to do the work. I called Embrich, on the recommendation of a friend. Ashton came out the next day, texted a photo ID ahead of his arrival, and was a very pleasant person. He gave us an immediate estimate, which we agreed to. Embrich sent out a second plumber, Braydon, to assist, so they were able to remove the two old toilets and install our new ones, even replacing a part that was damaged in shipment, for the agreed-upon price, in half the time we expected the job to take. They removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new ones, and even connected a bidet for me. My husband and I, who are in our 70s and couldn’t have done any of the work ourselves, couldn’t be more pleased with the service Embrich and its team provided. You’re our heroes!

  We had been customers of another local business since we moved to Collinsville almost 4 years ago. However, since they are no longer a locally/family owned business, we thought we would give Embrich a try when problems arose. We made an online appointment on Saturday which was super easy and helpful that we could upload pictures of what was going on. Monday morning, Cliff came to check out the issue. There were a few other things we also needed done, but weren't expecting to do at the time. However, we decided to go for it. The next morning, by 8 am, Cody and Jack were here and got to work quickly. They fixed a pipe, a leaking bathtub faucet, replaced the garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet, and installed an ro system in the kitchen. They began shortly after 8 and were finished by 10:30. Luckily there wasn't anything exceptional that extended their stay. Divide and conquer was their motto and boy did they! Thank you so much to Embrich for their professionalism and quick, excellent work. We are very impressed. To Cliff, Jack, and Cody - thank you! I'm pretty sure we've found our new company! We also signed up for their membership program and we were told today that all of our "checkup" appointments had already been scheduled and that they would reach out with more info when those dates got closer. Super impressed! We highly recommend Embrich and love that they are family owned and local.
