  Had a busted waterline to outside faucets, just bought the house in September wasn’t sure how old the irrigation lines were. Decided to replace all that irrigation lines to the pastures and add two additional lines to another area for my garden and trees. Disconnect to my irrigation line outside line from the city and Natasha to a pump house and put a new submersible pump in a pump house and added A water heater in my barn work area. In the main house, they install a new toilet and the bathroom removed a tub from the master bathroom and converted it into a walk-in shower complete with a door. The entire staff that came in performed a required work were amazing, polite, courteous, professional, and seem to listen to my desires and advice on how to complete the job..

  We had a leaking water heater and old sewage pump. Contacted Embrich and 1 day later they were at our house reviewing our needs. Brian reviewed needs, provided quote, and set up appointment on OUR schedule. Dalton and Nick arrived as scheduled and installed both items in a short period of time. Everything works great. They made sure everything was picked up, clean, and we were happy with the work. Embrich did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

  I’m leaving this review after trying to work with this company on a commercial plumbing project. About two weeks prior, a technician came out to assess the project with me. That visit was professional, thorough, and helpful, and I felt confident moving forward at that time. However, after that visit, I did not receive any follow-up despite reaching out and leaving messages. During that time, I also had the State plumbing inspector—who would ultimately be approving the work—come out, and the requirements differed significantly from what had originally been discussed. When I was finally contacted for a second visit, I welcomed it, as I was still waiting on a quote to proceed. During this most recent visit, my concern is with the conduct and professionalism of the technician, Wylde. Upon arrival, Wylde immediately dismissed the guidance provided by the plumbing inspector and insisted it was incorrect. He even contacted another inspector, who ultimately confirmed that the original information I had been given was correct. Throughout the conversation, his tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, he compared the situation to someone coming into my bar and telling me how to bartend, while emphasizing his own experience instead of acknowledging the inspector who would be responsible for approving the work. As we discussed the scope, he estimated the project would cost between $4,000–$6,000 or more. When I expressed surprise—based on other quotes I had received—he responded by asking if I was “just trying to get it done cheap,” which I found inappropriate. While I was in the process of writing down notes and still engaged in the conversation, he abruptly stood up and said, “we’re not getting anywhere with this one, we might as well just leave,” and walked out mid-conversation. This interaction was witnessed by a customer who was present at the time and left a very poor impression. Additionally, the technician parked in a clearly non-designated grassy area despite there being an available parking lot, which added to the overall lack of professionalism. Overall, the lack of follow-up and the conduct during the most recent visit were disappointing and not what I would expect when trying to move forward with a professional service.

  Had Bryan C out to see about installing a new toliet and while he was here found that our hot water heater was leaking so my husband and I joined the membership and had all 3 of our toliets and hot water heater installed by Embrich today Bryan C installed hot water heater and one toliet and Bryan explained everything in detail and did superb work and Embrich has real asset to their company by having him as an employee I for sure would recommend your company to others I can't say enough good things about Bryan's work and customer service Chris Kujawa

  I’ve had three great experiences with Embrich Plumbing this year (once planned and two as the result of “the joys of homeownership”). From start to finish, they were transparent, courteous, and respectful — something that really stood out. Each team member has been personable and made each event easy to understand for the customer and set realistic expectations. They are also incredibly timely and great communicators. They always arrived as promised and completed each project efficiently without sacrificing quality. Special kudos to Cody, Antjuan, Cliff, Ben, William and Ched! Embrich Plumbing prioritized what was best for me as their customer rather than focusing on the job presented. I have already recommended them to my family and will continue using their services.
