  Hunter and Rowan both did an amazing job installing our family safe tornado shelter. They were both very professional and courteous. They were attentive to all of our questions and needs. We were extremely happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend.

  Brian did a wonderful job. He explained what each step he was doing while cleaning the tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable on the product and how important the steps were he was taking to ensure the proper cleaning of the machine. He also took the time to check all the water lines, made sure each faucet worked properly, each toilet flushed with no issues and drains all worked properly. He pointed out a few minor issue to keep any eye on for any future problems. Thank you Brian for the awesome job. Greatly appreciate it.

  A fast and professional job by Rayne! Had to have a sewage lift pump replaced which is a dirty and smelly job. Rayne had a new pump installed in no time and our plumbing back in working order. Thanks for your hard work!

  We are very happy with the installation of our storm shelter. Hunter had to improvise to get the shelter through the garage door, but he and Rowen did an excellent job of fitting it through and getting it installed. Extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend!

  Beware of this company. They significantly overcharged an 80+ year-old woman for straightforward plumbing work, sold overpriced and unnecessary warranties and equipment, and did not provide an itemized bill showing the actual cost breakdowns. The lack of transparency and apparent targeting of a senior customer were very concerning. I HIGHLY recommend reading their Yelp reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints related to their price gouging of senior citizens. Be sure to get other estimates before hiring them.
