  I had a last minute urgent call and Baker & Sons was so kind and quick to help. And not only did they come same day, but the plumber Gaje was so friendly and put up with my dogs wanting his attention. He was quick to solve the issue and talked to me about what went wrong in a way even I could understand, he was professional and knew what he was doing. And i loved the text messages letting me know before the plumber called who would be calling and from what number. And also texting the mini bio of the plumber was anove par and I loved it. Being home alone and a stranger coming over really brought piece of mind. And lets not forget he let me know when he would arrive and he was there right when he said. I didnt have to wait all day for a technician who tells you they will show up some time between 9am-3pm… AMAZING service!!!

  Jessie Thompson did great, had a large issue with my pipes and couldn’t take a shower. We’re all cleaned out and ready to get clean. Thank you so much for digging that line up and getting us flowing somewhat again. Even though we’ve got bigger fish to fry down the line.

  We had a catastrophic failure of one of our septic systems. I was deployed. My wife was trying to manage the mess. This company came out and provided an estimate of a max of about $15K. Had to pay 1/2 up front. Which we did. In the end the amount to pay was to the penny the max he had estimated. Amazing, huh? Since then I’ve had two other companies come look at the work and both gave estimates no more than $9K. Now, because I have put off paying off the work, this company is threatening a lien on my home. In short, they took advantage of a situation in which the homeowner was deployed. The fact that this was a second house on the property means we have money, so they went full on for the money grab. Take my advice: choose carefully. They are high pressure “if we don’t get you on the schedule now it could be weeks before we can get the work done”. Now legal threats. I’ll pay the bill and I’m wiser. It’s painful. But I’m wiser.

  Gaje from Baker and Sons Plumbing was courteous, friendly and most importantly very helpful and knowledgeable. He had no qualms going into crawl space to check out concerns. Baker and Sons also have a great texting system. I knew who my technician was (name / photo and some details about them) before he came to my door. Also did courtesy call before arrival. Great service and cleaned up after he was done. I'd give 10 stars! They have a nice discount membership for future services you can sign up for (and we did). Will definitely use them again in future if the need arises.

  These guys were awesome! In replacing a shower, we discovered a mess of the previous home-owner's adventures in DIY. Gaje and Richard checked it out, came up with a solid plan to resolve the issues, and the quote was VERY REASONABLE!! They got Dane (and Richard) out the very next day to get the work done. They were delightful! Our water was off for less than 45 minutes, and the scoping and quote from the previous day was dead on exactly what was needed. There were no surprises, because they had taken the time to understand what was going on. The work was quick, tidy, and not disruptive to the household in any way. All 3 were cool with the cats, too, which was unexpected and much appreciated!
