    Dane Shannon and Landen Reynolds did a fantastic job working with our old 1952 plumbing. They replaced the kitchen plumbing, bathtub plumbing, and installed a new toilet and updated plumbing throughout. The old cast iron is finally gone, and the new faucets and toilet are top grade. Their workmanship was excellent, including the cleanup afterward. Both were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the process. I highly recommend Dane and Landen for any plumbing work — professional, skilled, and great to work with.

    I have rated my experience as 4 stars because of communication problems with Shane Needham. I bought a safe room, paid cash, then had problems with delivery and set up. After waiting the first day I called and Shane didn’t even know who I was. Then he scheduled it for a week later but again no show but this time he did call late in the afternoon to reschedule. Finally after a little over a month of waiting I got my safe room. I would give Hunter, who did the installation, 5 STARS! He was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The safe room looks great and I am very happy to have it. I highly recommend Baker and Sons and would have rated them 5 stars if not for the poor communication with Shane.

    Had a leaking water heater. I Called them up and spoke with their shockly real AI assistant and within 30 minutes I got a call for an appointment for within a few days of my call. I had them replace my water heater and add a whole house water filtration system with some pipe cleaning system as well(sorry I don't remember the technical term!) I financed with their partner lender GreenSky. The whole process was fast, informative, and fairly prices! All the staff that we had contact with were awesome! Highly recommend them!

    Excellent experience with this company! We purchased a FamilySafe Storm Shelter, 4' x 6'. Hunter Maloney and Patrick Hoxworth, technicians that did our installation, were extremely helpful and professional, explaining the process and answering all of our questions satisfactorily. Our shelter is set in place in our yard, not in another building, which required a concrete pour prior to installation. They arranged for everything to be done. They even went above and beyond to put our yard back together that had been disturbed by their equipment. Would definitely recommend them for this purchase and install.

    Jessie Thompson was GREAT. Came over and pinpointed the problem free of cost. Didn’t get to go through with the job because it was out of my price range, but he gave a lot of information on what the problem was and taught me a few things. Called at 7 pm and they got there the next day at 8am. Great emergency service and they’ll provide quality work from what I’ve seen. Thank you Jessie Thompson for coming out on short notice and free of charge. Definitely will call back if I have issues I can’t fix on my own.
