  Jacob is the absolute best!! He clearly explained the problems we were experiencing with our water softener as well as all of the options for repair or replacement and costs of each. He even answered the phone when I had questions about my humidifier on a Sunday and came right out to help me stop it from leaking. He is a local gem!

  Peace of Mind is the perfect name for this company. Recently they replaced my very old rusty water heater for a very reasonable price. When I came home from work late that night my furnace was not working because my old rusty water heater got dust into my furnace. The next morning his crew was out before 8am trying to get my furnace running. They were unsuccessful and so the owner Jacob was out within a hour. Jacob apologized and never put blame on me and my old water heater which was where the blame belonged. Instead he said he was trying to save from having to bring out a HVAC guy not even discussing who's dime it would be. After doing research Jacob had my furnace up and running within 30 minutes and refused to take any more money. I highly recommend this very professional company that treats its customers like Family. Jacob is also a fantastic father and a staple in the Mahomet community.
