  I’m very disappointed with my experience with Energy Stars HVAC Services. My furnace was replaced, and during the installation, one of my vents was broken. I contacted the company about the issue, and the service technician, Gene, told me that I needed to go to the hardware store myself and purchase the replacement vent that they had broken and put tape as a temporary fix. I also recently received my energy bill, and it was $600 for July, which was extremely concerning to me. I understand that Ameren replaced my furnace at no cost to me, and I appreciate that. However, when you start receiving unexpectedly high energy bills and are also left paying out of pocket to replace something that was damaged during the installation, it makes you question what the true cost of the “free” furnace really is. In hindsight, I should have known that something advertised as free isn’t always truly free in the long run. I expected the company to stand behind its work and take responsibility for damage caused during the installation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and does a better job addressing customer concerns and taking responsibility when something is damaged during their work.

  I would highly recommend this company...the repairman was kind and really cared about helping me....for the first time I finally felt secure and comfortable...I will be your customer for ever

  After not having a working HVAC system for about 4 years we finally got our whole system replaced and these guys did a phenomenal job. They were on time, polite, neat, and respectful.

  The teams sent to our house were outstanding. Very polite, friendly, and great workers. They worked very good together and explained and answered any questions we had about what they were doing. The heater, thermostat and air conditioner were all replaced. Thank you very much for your service.

  Great work friendly people and very knowledgeable showed up early and got it done fast I greatly appreciate everything had the furnace ac and waterheater replaced new lines ran new thermostat started at 8:45 n done by 1:30 now just basking in the cool air thank you all
