  Great experience using #1 Plumbing. We had some minor flooding and pump issues a before a holiday. The office staff was friendly, helpful and punctual. And the plumbers were friendly, and helped answer any technical questions we had. We ended up having the new pump fail later in the day, they were out first thing the next day and helped replace the items under warrenty. Thanks to #1 plumbing we were able to fix our problem and avoid any more damage. Will definetly recommend in the Stateline area!

  1 Plumbing Company is the best!! Joe, the plumber was amazing,! I had a ton of work to be done at my farm and he tackled them one by one. He was professional, focused, knowledgeable and a very nice person who knew his stuff. I highly recommend Joe and 1 Plumbing. Great experience. Peg K

  Service was excellent. Called in the morning for a kitchen sink clog and they were here and done by 2. They kept me updated on arrival time when there was a delay at the job they were on before me and made sure I was informed. Got the pipe cleared and made helpful suggestions on better maintenance and adding a clean out on the line since it was so long. Thank you very much for excellent service!

  We had relation come and stay with us for the weekend and found out that our shower on the lower level was not working. There was only hot water with no cold water. I called #1 Plumbing Company in Machesney Park Illinois and the owner answered the phone and checked his schedule and sent out a repair man the same day within a couple of hours. The repair man’s name was Joe and he was very courteous and polite and told me that the part that was needed to fix the shower was not available and had to be ordered and should be in the following day. The following morning the secretary called and told me the part was in and Joe came and installed it and everything is working fine. I asked Joe if he could stop by my daughter’s house because her waterline to the refrigerator icemaker was leaking to see if he could fix that. I gave him the address and he stopped by and fixed it for me. They do good work and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend using #1 Plumbing Company for your plumbing needs. They are very responsive and are good to work with and the people that work for them are excellent. Joe did a great job…
