We had a relatively minor faucet repair, but it was one of those jobs we decided we’d rather not mess with ourselves. Sometimes it just makes sense to call the professionals and I’m glad we called #1 Plumbing! The response was incredibly fast, and they were able to come out the very next morning. Joe and Joel were excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, got the job taken care of, and were genuinely fun guys to talk to while they were here. Great service, quick response, good people, and the job done right. Based on our experience, the name fits …….#1 Plumbing really was #1! Would absolutely call them again.

Great experience using #1 Plumbing. We had some minor flooding and pump issues a before a holiday. The office staff was friendly, helpful and punctual. And the plumbers were friendly, and helped answer any technical questions we had. We ended up having the new pump fail later in the day, they were out first thing the next day and helped replace the items under warrenty. Thanks to #1 plumbing we were able to fix our problem and avoid any more damage. Will definetly recommend in the Stateline area!

We had relation come and stay with us for the weekend and found out that our shower on the lower level was not working. There was only hot water with no cold water. I called #1 Plumbing Company in Machesney Park Illinois and the owner answered the phone and checked his schedule and sent out a repair man the same day within a couple of hours. The repair man’s name was Joe and he was very courteous and polite and told me that the part that was needed to fix the shower was not available and had to be ordered and should be in the following day. The following morning the secretary called and told me the part was in and Joe came and installed it and everything is working fine. I asked Joe if he could stop by my daughter’s house because her waterline to the refrigerator icemaker was leaking to see if he could fix that. I gave him the address and he stopped by and fixed it for me. They do good work and their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend using #1 Plumbing Company for your plumbing needs. They are very responsive and are good to work with and the people that work for them are excellent. Joe did a great job…
