- RFrick fagerstrom1 day ago5.0Purchased 8 windows from Window World in 2006. Yes 20 years ago. We were experiencing some peeling of the cladding on the alumimum WINDOW WRAP on 6 windows. I knew we had lifetime guarantee on the windows but did not think the aluminum would be covered after 20 years. To my very pleasant surprise they came out and completely re-wrapped the 6 windows that had started peeling at NO COST. Part of their guarantee. The service tech, Seth, was very professional and polite and worked very efficiently. The cleanup after the work was done was great. Now thats what you call taking care of your customers and 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you Window World for taking good care of us. Strongly recommend!!

They left both inside and outside in the exact same condition they found it. They explained everything they were doing and were happy to answer all my questions. I couldn’t be any happier with the windows. I will definitely be recommending Window World to my friends and family.

Tom and Kyle installed the windows efficiently with consideration for our home and they cleaned up all debris too. The windows are beautiful and if you need replacements don't get them from anyone else. We also had the front door replaced and Dennis's work was really outstanding craftsmanship! It's beautiful and we will have no wind blowing through the seal any longer. We are very pleased with Window World!!
