They came out to complete the work in a timely manner, measured everything to make sure it was the right fit, explained everything to us and were professional in installation. Our covers are on wells that are in a patio so it was important that strength and safety be addressed since it is possible that children would run over/across them rather than going around. We also wanted them well-secured with latches to prevent them from lifting them. We are pleased to report that we have stood on them, walked over them and had the kids outside playing without any issue. The pricing was reasonable based on other quotes and overall, we had a great experience.
