  I am so glad I checked out Marchio for flooring. Jordan was extremely helpful. He treated me like I was family. I didn't feel like I was "just a customer" like so many other places. I shopped around to at least 6 or 7 places: big box stores, the TV ad places, mom n pop...the prices are competitive. Jordan went "the extra mile" by contacting the carpet company with a question I had that he didn't have the answer to. He was prompt with a reply; the same day. I decided to go with Marchio because of the personable service. It's hard to find sales reps who are like Jordan. This was my deciding factor-being treated like I'm a human being and not just to "make a sale". The carpeting was installed in about a week from the time I put down the deposit. I am very happy with Marchio Tile & Carpet, in Lockport, IL and highly recommend checking it out if you're in need of flooring.

  My mother-in-law recently bought bedroom carpeting from Marchio. The entire experience was an incredible pleasure. Not only is the carpeting just beautiful, but Al took so much time and patience with us during the selection process. Our installers, George and Rudolpho were fantastic. They are certainly expert at their craft, and the job looks incredible. Most of all, they were so kind and not only had to move heavy furniture to lay the carpet, but put it back EXACTLY where my mother-in-law wanted it. It was wonderful to work with Marchio from start to finish. Thanks!!!

  Recently had vinyl flooring installed in our townhome. Jordan was our salesperson. He was extremely helpful throughout the process. Our installers were great! The job turned out beautiful. Everyone was professional, and the work was meticulous. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend Marchio to others! Gail Crobie
