To all of you out there looking for an amazing selection of flooring and excellent customer service, you must go to Flooring First. From the moment you enter their store through the completion of your project you will experience professional individuals that take the time with you to make sure your needs are met. We worked with Cheri who was absolutely wonderful...so knowledgeable about the products they offer. By the end of the project we felt like we were good friends. There was an issue with the manufacturer with the carpet they sent. When I called to tell them about the problem, we were told they would take care of everything and it would be replaced. So, if you want professional service from top to bottom, we very highly recommend Flooring First. Thank you Cheri, you are the best of the best.

Stopped in at store for repair quote, they wanted to send owner Wally out to look at it, he came the following week, gave us his business card. We called a couple weeks later and he never returned our call, called the office they said they would give him the message to call and once again he never called back. This company is so inconsiderate. All they had to do was return our calls. This is also how you lose customers. Very disappointing to be a family run business.

We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in our ranch home and are very happy with the work from start to finish. Installers had to remove ceramic tile from the concrete slab foundation that entailed the possibility of considerable dust. The installers covered everything with plastic and vacuumed all of the dust. Cleanup was so good that when we returned no cleanup was necessary on our part. Work was also completed on schedule as promised. And total cost was as promised. You cannot go wrong with having FlooringFirst as your contractor.

Flooring First did an amazing job from start to finish. We had flooring installed in two different homes (carpet, luxury plank & ceramic) and could not be happier. From start to finish the entire team (sales, installers, owners) did a fantastic job with communication and the overall entire process. This family owned business came recommended to us and we will be more than happy to continue the recommendations. Great job, thank you!

Our experience with Flooring First was great. We walked in to take a look at our options for a fireplace upgrade. Jason, the owner, assisted us with our options, explained the process, etc. Once we made our selections, we worked with Vanesa throughout the process. She was thorough and helpful. I highly recommend working with Flooring First.
