  Had both LVP and carpeting installed on the first floor of my house. The three person crew managed to do it all in one day including putting all appliances and fixtures back. Installers were excellent and the new flooring looks fantastic. Support local businesses like this that do quality work for a fair price.

  After we chose a few samples, we took them home to make a final choice. The employee who measured our rooms retrieved them and we had a firm price and ordering schedule the next day. Installation went as planned. We are unable to move our furniture ourselves so the installers took out and replaced the furniture so they could install for a nominal fee. They worked efficiently and we are delighted we selected them.

  Amazing experience from start to finish! From the minute we walked into the showroom, Vanesa and Cheri welcomed us and made us feel like one of the family. They took their time, explaining and answering any and all questions with patience and professionalism. Once product arrived, the install was scheduled and went off without a hitch. I could not have asked for a better install team. Pedro and his team did a fantastic job. Pedro took the time to lay out the job and explained what he was going to be doing throughout the process. At the end of the install, we were extremely satisfied with the results, along with the entire install process. I would not hesitate to recommend Flooring First to anyone looking to purchase or have flooring or carpet installed. Many thanks to the entire team at Flooring First.

  Outstanding job done!! I had my entire 2nd floor done which was 1 room of laminate, and 2 bedrooms, a loft hall and stairs, carpeted. Pedro did the laminate and he did a fantastic job. Very polite & professional. He definitely knows what he's doing. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The next day, Luis and his crew did all the carpeting. They were really great too, and they did a beautiful job. They cleaned up everything before they left and I'm really pleased! I'll use Flooring First again in the future when I do my main floor! I highly recommend. The quality of the materials is excellent as well.

  After deciding on Flooring First for our tile and carpet (recommended to us by a friend), we met Cheri who guided us through the showroom and helped us make our final decisions. Her knowledge, experience and expertise along with the team at Flooring First made us feel at ease and we immediately knew we were in good hands. We finally decided on ceramic tile for our entry and kitchen and carpeting for our main staircase. From start to finish the professionalism from all involved as well as the quality of workmanship from the installers was exemplary. They took pride in their craft and it showed - we are beyond pleased with our ceramic tile floor and beautiful carpet (an unusually challenging and difficult staircase). We are so thankful to have found such a trusted source for our flooring and would highly recommend Flooring First without hesitation!
