We had 3 that were not working quite right. 2026 I called to get them fixed. Came right out & fixed. (Could have been me not always opening right when washing) I remember how happy we were with the installation & still feel the same way. Wonderful company & people to work with. - FFFloyd FeinmanAug 18, 20265.0The crew arrived early and hit the ground running. They covered the floor with rolls of plastic then covered everything within 5 to 10 feet of each of my 14 windows. They worked without taking a break. I asked them if they need anything just ask. I've been living in this house since the 80"s and have never had workers with this level of dedication. This was the most professional job I had the pleasure to experience. I offered bottles of cold water and my wife made these jumbo banana , carrot and walnut muffins which was the only thing they ate throughout the day. My experience with Window World of Western Chicago was by far the best experience of any home improvement project. I say this with the utmost sincerity and respect. Osteps crew started before 8 AM and finished around 6:30 PM. The house was cleaner when they left. Did an incredible job with the window installation. I still had the original builders grade window's from 1983. It was a HUGE job just to remove the old windows. They're the best, including the woman that I spoke with to request a quote and the salesman, Harley whom I asked so many questions because I didn't have any window purchasing experience. Thanks to everyone involved in my project. You're all Superstars!!!

From the first visit with Rob to get a quote, to the office staff, and the installation crew - Ostyp, Vasyl, and Ivan - I was in excellent hands. Rob explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. The office team are friendly and worked with my difficult schedule. The installation team worked efficiently and quickly, and were meticulous with the installation and clean up. Super nice people, great at what they do, and at a reasonable price - I'm almost sorry I won't need new windows for years. But if you do, call them!

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes.
