  We had six windows replaced in our home a few months ago. During a very heavy storm, water was getting into the interior window track. This was alarming to us, as we had no idea that this was, indeed, possible during heavy rain and wind. Window World ordered new tracks for us, and a very professional and kind employee, Voytek, came to install them today. He was so patient and knowledgeable while answering all my questions about the operation of the weep holes and what not. Thank you, Voytek, for a very pleasant experience!

  Loved my experience from start to finish. They came recommended by a friend who had some recent window work done. I only did 2 windows to start but will continue to work with them to replace the rest of the windows in my home over the coming months. Very satisfied with the results.

  I had 5 different companies come out for estimates because this was a large window project, and Window World of Western Chicago clearly stood above the rest. Their sales team was knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Their installers were efficient, detail-oriented and respectful of my home, and the quality of the windows is outstanding. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend this company.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a warranty window replacement done by Window World Western Chicago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their team was incredibly fast and responsive from start to finish. The installer, Voytek, showed up right on time, was professional, and did an awesome job with the installation. Everything turned out great. I highly recommend!

  We recently had 12 windows and a sliding glass patio door installed by Window World out of Lisle. We had a great experience from the beginning with Harley the design consultant who was very courteous, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to sign a contract. He even answered an email I sent him on Sunday his day off. The quote was better than other window companies we called, which allowed us to add 3 additional windows to the project. The installation team led by Rocky was amazing. They made sure everything was installed properly. The sliding patio door installation required additional work due to damage caused over the years from the old door. Rocky made a special run to get the necessary materials needed to make sure it was done properly. They were respectful of our property and did a nice job cleaning up when they were done. Two weeks after the installation, we had a slight problem with one of the screen latches not engaging to lock in. I called the Lisle office, and I was connected to Voytek who walked me through how to fix the problem while I was on the phone with him. I was so relieved that we didn't need a new screen or a service call. It only took a few minutes to fix. The windows and sliding door are beautiful and we are so happy we selected Window World Western Chicago out of Lisle. Great experience for us and we highly recommend them!
