He and his team were very transparent, helpful, and communicative during the planning and permit process. Unfortunately, I had an easement issue in my backyard that would not allow a shed to be built on my property, and Bill and his team were super understanding and helpful even after this news. I would 100% recommend this company for their quality and customer service.

He respected the fact that we were on a budget and did his best to accommodate our needs but also gave us sound advice. He must have printed out five sets of contracts because of my indecisiveness but he accommodated happily (I love my little window btw!!). The shed was installed this morning and the crew was on time, very professional and available to answer questions. We are beyond happy with our purchase! We spent a good year and a half looking at sheds online and at big box stores. Tuff Sheds is by far the superior product. It was worth every dollar spent. If we ever decide to upgrade, we know where to come. Thank you so much for a great experience!
