He and his team were very transparent, helpful, and communicative during the planning and permit process. Unfortunately, I had an easement issue in my backyard that would not allow a shed to be built on my property, and Bill and his team were super understanding and helpful even after this news. I would 100% recommend this company for their quality and customer service.

When I finally got a return call from Tuff Shed I was told it wouldn't be installed until late January 2021. When I mentioned what I had been told at home depot the lady said "take it up with them, do you want to schedule and appointment or not" needless to say I canceled everything. Before buying from the store, confirm the installation date unless you are in no hurry of a shed.
