  We had 2-3 inches of sewer water come up out of our laundry room damaging our entire finished basement. This occurred during simultaneously planned sewer work in our area. Phoenix Restoration has helped us feel at ease during an extremely frustrating, sad and scary time. Everyone we have spoken to has been polite, professional, and courteous. We are very satisfied with the work that has been done thus far to “stabilize” our basement. Special shout out to Raul, Maria, Connor and Fernando. We are currently waiting for the owner to come out and determine if additional demo needs to occur. Will provide an update when all work is completed.

  Living in Illinois, I’m used to storm damage. Out of all my experience with restoration companies, Phoenix has been the best!! Very honest and upfront, always making me feel like they care about my home and family rather than treating us like another check. Highly recommend!
