  Highly recommend 312 Flooring. From the first quote through install day, Peter, Tom, and Oscar were responsive, on time, efficient, clear, and reliable, exactly what you want when you're coordinating around a tight timeline and a downtown high-rise with a lot of building requirements. Tom worked with me to find the right product at a fair price, sent over full product specs and warranty details without being asked, and answered every question quickly. On install day, Oscar's crew showed up on time, treated the unit carefully, handled the freight elevator and COI logistics with the building without any friction, and left the space spotless. Beautiful result. If you're looking for a flooring team in Chicago that actually communicates well and does what they say they're going to do, this is the one. Will absolutely use them again.

  312 Flooring did an amazing job re-laying flooring that had been done terribly by our previous contractors. Tom came in to understand the project requirements, and Juan led the implementation. Juan and his team did a marvelous job. He was polite throughout, made sure I had visibility on the work at every important milestone, advised on what could look better, and delivered a perfect result within 3 days. I stayed in touch with Peter by phone along the way, which kept everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for flooring services. Edited: My original review credited Peter with the initial consult. Tom was actually our sales consultant and scoped the project with my husband. Thanks for the catch, Peter!

  We moved into our house last year and needed new flooring and carpet on our first floor rooms. I called a few companies and decided to go with 312 Flooring and I am glad we did. Jesse, the representative we worked with, came to our house and explained what was needed and how the process would go. They were able to come to the house within the quoted time and update our floors within a few days. The carpet and LVP flooring looked great. We actually had to call them back recently to help us restore a part of our laundry room floor after some water damage. Jesse quoted us a fair price and we were happy to work with their new team member Ian and crew member Juan again, who was part of the crew who put in the floors when we moved in. I would definitely call them again when it comes time to update our carpets and flooring in the other parts of our house!
