  We recently had all of my mom’s carpet replaced by 312 Flooring LLC, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. The owner, Peter, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly from start to finish, taking the time to answer all of our questions and help us choose the best option for the home. Not only did they have someone, Jesse, come out quickly and provide a quote but they completed the job a couple of days ahead of schedule, the crew worked so efficiently that the entire installation only took about 3 hours. The transformation is amazing; the house feels cleaner, fresher, and completely renewed. I’m truly so thankful and relieved to finally have this taken care of after a long time of stress surrounding the condition of the old carpet. The quality of the work and the level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be calling them again for any future flooring jobs or concerns and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flooring work.

  Our experience with 312 Flooring was amazing from my very first phone conversation with Peter. He’s professional, sincere and went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. We live in Florida and the job was for our condominium in Chicago. We really needed somebody trustworthy and professional. Peter Jesse, Oscar and the team made the entire process easy. They truly delivered on every promise. The workmanship is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.   We had a wonderful experience with 312 Flooring for refinishing the hardwood floor and recarpeting of our house. Our initial consultation with Jesse was excellent. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable. His expertise and patience greatly helped us to make our decisions. Peter, the owner had been communicating with us promptly to update the project status to keep us informed during the project, especially, when we have to leave the house for refinishing the hardwood floor. Last but not least we want to thank Oscar and his team for excellent work to install the new carpet. We want to extend our special thanks to Oscar for not just his professional work but his willingness to go extra mile to help us. Highly recommend 312 Flooring!

  My wife and I decided we wanted to replace our carpet with LVP earlier this year. This was exciting for me as I love the opportunity to research a topic in which I know little about. The 1st thing I did was google local flooring companies to see reviews. I compiled a list of 4 companies with outstanding reviews; 312 flooring was one of them. I called the listed phone number and Pete (the owner) answered right away. He was very pleasant to talk with and you can tell he was very knowledgeable. He was also genuinely interested in my specific project and was willing to give me 20+ minutes over the talk details and educate me. I was upfront with him and told him I'd be contacting competitors as well as him. He was totally fine with that. I had 4 companies come to my house to price out the job. 312 was right in-line with the other 4 companies if not more affordable. They were also the most thorough was was very important to me. They wanted me to have all the info so there were no/few surprises. I want to mention Jesse (design consultant) by name, as he was the one that came out and spent an hour with us providing his recommendation, explaining why it was recommended and talking numbers. He' a huge asset for the company and very pleasant to work with. After we decided to go with 312 flooring, they were fantastic at communicating and keeping up to date on the project/timeline. They were also always willing to find the right solution to complete the job right at the most affordable price. The individual actually completing the work was Juan. He and his crew were super friendly, punctual, professional and most importantly, exceptional at their job. There was a minor tweak that was needed and they came out the next day to resolve it. I would have no hesitation to hire 312 again for any flooring needs.
