The price was very reasonable, so we moved forward with a verbal acceptance. I had to call and schedule when they would come out. They came out and did the work that we agreed upon, and I left a check with the guy. Here is the reason for the 1 star review. When I got home I saw that a chunk of concrete was loose on one of the edges of a slab that they worked on. I called them back and was basically told that "damage can occur while we are working on your concrete, deal with it, it's in the contract." This was less than 24 hours after the work was completed, so I encouraged them to repair it. I was told they would look into it. About a week later I received a call giving me suggestions on how to deal with the damage they caused. No quality assurance, no resolution, and no future business. We were referred here by a couple people, but cannot recommend them to anyone else after they handled such a slam dunk issue so poorly. If you do work for somebody and cause immediate damage you fix it!
