  Danny was able to unclog septic line and get water running freely. Talked about ways to prevent future problems. He did a great job of explaining everything. His plan made sense. Need to consider how I want to proceed. He is a 10 in my book. Just one of those special people!

  Brian arrived on time in a well kept company vehicle. He was professional and kind. He went about his job promptly and informed me when he was done and next steps. The only issue I had was that not all the screws were replaced; only two out of five. I found one and installed it. This was a problem with the last company as well. I am hoping you can train your employees to have screws handy and make sure ALL screw holes have screws in them. These systems are designed to have the number of a screws they do for safety. Please leave the lids secured properly. If there are missing screws replace what is missing. I make the same request of the company that pumps our tanks. A magnetic screw holder is perfect for jobs like this and very inexpensive .

  I called Tidy Tank to do a pump of our septic tank. I was not an existing customer. They were on site within 3 days. The technician did an amazing job documenting his work. He was quick and efficient. Quality of work was excellent.
