We couldn't be happier with our brand new synthetic roof (Brava) and gutter system from Shake Guys. The sales team, lead by Chris Paulus, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient as we reviewed and finalized all of our selections. And the service we received was excellent. Our Project Manager Diego Sermeno and his team were absolutely fabulous. They battled the endless rain to get to our job, worked long hours to get the job done, did excellent work, and were immediately responsive to every request we made for adjustments or accommodations. Then Jesus and team came in behind and did excellent work installing the gutters and downspouts. They even accommodated me with a brief time out so I could find a carpenter to repair some rotted wood they found on the facia boards. We receive excellent service and a beautiful end product that makes our home look great. I highly recommend Shake Guys!

We had a great experience with The Shake Guys. From beginning to end, everything was handled professionally and the communication was excellent.
Kenny was our Project Manager and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire project. He was always available to answer our questions, kept a close eye on the work being done, and made sure everything was completed properly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how involved he was from the initial walkthrough all the way through the final walkthrough.
The crew did a great job on the roof and made sure our property was cleaned up when everything was finished. We are very happy with how the roof turned out and with our overall experience.
Thank you to Kenny, the crew, and everyone at The Shake Guys for a job well done. We would definitely recommend them!

Shake Guys' project manager Mario was completely in charge of our cedar shake roof replacement from the get-go. His teams, for delivering the necesssary supplies, for removing the old roof and putting the new one together, for putting up new gutters, and for cleanup, were highly professional and worked well together. Even when off-site Mario was available for any questions. The actual tear-down/replacement took only one (quite long) day, and the gutters also one day. Cleanup was very thorough. We are absolutely satisfied with the result and recommend Shake Guys highly. They also came highly regarded to us from our insurance company before the project started. Many thanks!
