Outstanding. I’ve been associated withthe construction business for over 50 years and this was as good an experience as any ever. Everything, Connor, the salesman, said would happen - did happen. Josh, the project manager, was available instantly every time I needed him, he supervised the crew efficiently and kept me informed of what had been accomplished, what was going on currently, and estimated completion. As well as follow up after each milestone. Even during some difficult weather. I highly recommend this crew and company, and in fact, one of my neighbors is getting ready to use them!

Just had the Shake Guys complete a replacement of cedar with a Davinci roof. Could not be more pleased. The crew was great- everyday the site was cleaned up. Work looks phenomenal. Shout out to Josh the project manager- great followup and communication. Also great support from Todd and the sales team. Recommend highly.

I had a very positive experience. Although they did not install my roof, they were extremely helpful when I was dealing with an active roof leak. They took the time to understand the issue, provided knowledgeable recommendations, and guided me on the best way to address the problem.
I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help even though there was no immediate installation job involved. Chad genuinely wants to help the homeowner rather than simply make a sale. I would definitely recommend Chad and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy roofing professional.

Shake Guys recently replaced our cedar-shake roof (which was worn and increasingly hard to insure) with composite shakes. We wanted to make sure the composites looked like shakes and fit the house colors. Mission accomplished! The finished product is beautiful, with Shake craftmanship evident everywhere.
The project team, led by Diego, did a great job protecting other parts of the house while work was underway (plants/shrubs, in particular), and did a thorough job on cleanup (using magnetic nail sweep for stray nails, for example). Diego was responsive & kept us apprised throughout.
Also thanks to Chris P for coordinating the proposal (the old roof didn’t have snow guards, and Chris expertly identified those as part of the plan). He brought over samples, identified other properties that had the composites we wanted (to visualize what they look like installed). This helped to reassure before deciding to move forward.
Highly recommend!
