  I had an excellent experience working with Diego and his team on my roofing project. From the very first walkthrough to the final inspection, Diego managed the entire process with professionalism, clear communication, and great attention to detail. He made sure everything was done properly and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out the most was his dedication to customer satisfaction. Even at the end of the project, he took the time to make additional adjustments to ensure I was completely happy with the final result. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the quality of their work and the customer’s experience.   Our experience with Shakeguys was beyond extraordinary. When we had hail/wind damage to our roof, Josh Laz did initial Inspection and walked us on how to file for insurance claim. He did wonderful job dealing with insurance company, answering all our questions and letting us explore product lines. We ended up replacing entire wood shake roof with BRAVA product along with new gutter system. Josh L, appreciate your attentive details. To add to this, when our roof work started, we had a dedicated project Manager Diego. I cannot describe how this made the project in terms of our interaction, questions, concern and any followup extremely easy and flawless. Diego did a wonderful job and I and my wife cannot thank him enough!. We give the Shake Guys our highest recommendation.

  I worked with Diego for a complete roof and gutter installation following hail storm damage. Diego went above and beyond to keep me informed on questions I had. He provided drone pictures several times during installation to allow me to see 1st hand what was happening. Very knowledgeable about the roof product and installation details. Outstanding effort by Diego and the Shake Guys crew.

  Our experience couldn't have been better. Thorough from inspection to walkthrough to material delivery and finished product. The roof looks incredible and the attention to detail from those doing the work to those overseeing the process was much appreciated. Sal raised some great questions before the work started that changed some of the decisions that we had made previously that enhanced the aesthetic of the finished product. Kenny was super communicative onsite as the project manager overseeing the work. Love our new roof.

  I can't say enough about Shake Guys. My sales rep Max McCaulley was amazing. He fought for me against State Farm and we won in arbitration. Thank you Max, you are the best! The new roof installation was turned over to our project manager Julio. Julio was awesome and did a fantastic job overseeing the installation. Along the way I talked with a few additional people, such as Jennifer, and everyone was equally great. Thank you, Shake Guys for turning this into a positive experience!!
