  We contacted Aloha after the recent storms, and initially had a very positive experience. They came out quickly, completed an assessment, and met with our insurance adjuster. Our home had multiple areas of damage, and we expected to move forward with the repairs through them. However, once the insurance claim came back without approval for a full roof replacement, communication essentially stopped. When we followed up, our representative simply texted, “the roof wasn’t covered.” We asked whether that meant Aloha was no longer willing to complete the approved work, and the response was, “correct.” We had already been waiting weeks to get started, only to find out that once the scope of the project was reduced, they were no longer interested in the job. The approved work is still approximately $19,000, so it was extremely disappointing to feel that our project was no longer worth their time simply because it did not include a full roof replacement.

  These people are unreliable. Took them a while to return a call, then got excuses how the guy was out sick. Eventually they sent someone to come and give an estimate. It has been 4 weeks and I have never heard back.

  My wife and I had Aloha remodel both our master and guest bathroom this year. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them as a very good source at a competitive price for your next home remodel project. All their employees were respectful and maintained cleanliness as they performed the remodel.
