  We used Nu-Gen last year after a flood in our basement. Our contact person at Nu-Gen then was Frank who is an absolute joy to work with. Recently we wanted to have our house professionally cleaned after we moved out and the workmen were done so it could be listed for sale. So I called Frank. He and his crew worked to make the place look better than it did 9 years ago! He kept me updated with before and after photos and through it all was enthusiastic and positive and went above and beyond my expectations. Don’t hesitate to call Nu-Gen for any kind of clean up you need!

  Our water heater unexpectedly failed and caused water damage throughout part of our home. We called Nu-Gen Cleaning & Restoration, and they responded quickly to start the cleanup and drying process. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They treated our home with care, monitored the drying process daily, and kept us updated every step of the way. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier because of their communication and professionalism. I hope we never have water damage again, but if we do, Nu-Gen Cleaning & Restoration will be our first call. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with an unexpected water emergency!

  When I discovered water damage in my bathroom, I honestly didn't know where to start. This company took care of everything from start to finish. They were incredibly careful with my belongings throughout the whole process, treating my space with real respect. What stood out most was how well they walked me through everything, especially when it came to dealing with my insurance they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Moises was my main point of contact and he was fantastic every step of the way. Highly recommend!

  Hugo and Cristian arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and completely prepared for the job. They walked us through a detailed scope of work, addressed every question and concern we had, and made the whole process feel manageable from start to finish. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done, which really put our family at ease. Also a special mention to Ezeka, the project manager, who was outstanding from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly assessed, documented, and addressed.   I wanted to recommend Nu-Gen Cleaning and Restoration to anyone needing mold remediation services. My roof had leaked, and I noticed some dark spots forming on the ceiling. I contacted the company, and they were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Zeke came out the very next day to assess the situation and provide a quote. The work was completed promptly, and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of mold remediation or restoration services.
