I called Herb's and three other companies ( Superior, American Eagle, and another that I cant remember) American was a no-show for the estimate, Superior never returned my call, and the other wanted a service call fee to give me an estimate! Karen, the office manager, was great! her knowledge was very useful. She understood that we were making a big purchase and was very patient with us. She had our estimate ready for us ( which was very reasonable) when she said she would. Everything on the front end went perfectly! Jim and our new door arrived within the window that was given to us. Jim was great to deal with. Meticulous and methodical are the words that come to mind. He was very polite and informing. He really makes the extra effort to get the job done right! If I could give Herb's Door Service 6 stars, I would! HIGHLY recommended!
