- MSMichelle SOct 9, 20265.0Our garage spring broke this morning. I called Herb’s and the phone was answered almost immediately by a very friendly and helpful lady named, Karen. She was able to schedule service immediately and Jim arrived 30 minutes after we spoke. Jim was very nice and had both of the garage door spring replacements completed within an hour. Many other companies would have likely taken advantage of the situation but not Herb’s. From start to finish they were kind, helpful and professional. I will gladly refer them to anyone in need of assistance. Thank you Jim and Karen!!

- JLJack LeVanOct 7, 20175.0When I called, I was told I'd get bad news. The "bad" news was a much shorter wait for service than I expected. I was scheduled as the third stop on a Saturday morning which usually means delays from the first two. But they were prompt, punctual and efficient. That never happens. I'm almost glad the spring broke. It gave me the opportunity to do business with the rare service business that provides conscientious, professional service at a fair price.
