- PBPaul BFMar 24, 20261.0Had to replace a pefectly good sump pump that was compromised because Killian installed it with the weep hole pointing up (wrong direction) causing spray all over the system and the basement floor. That mistake caused buildup calcium scale that froze the float switch and coated the battery back up system with scale. Had to hire a professional from a different company to install a new system including new pvc pipe and drilling the weep hole to point in the correct direction (downward).
