  What a great company!....Needed my septic tank pumped ASAP. Joanna and Ella were super friendly and helpful in the office. They set up an appointment, but were actually able to come a week early, which was great! In the field, Sam found the tank himself, because the septic map I had was off, and uncovered the lid himself. He called me after the work was performed with his assessment/observations of the condition of my system, and even sent me a picture of where the tank lid actually was. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again!

  Went in my basement on Sunday evening and found that I had a sewage back up, what a mess! Called River City Septic and talked to Carl. He was onsite very soon, grabbed his camera, found the problem very quickly. Turns out when my house was built in 2003, the plumber cut corners on the rough-in for the bath drain in my basement and we didnt know it. Unfortunately that left an opening for tree roots to grow in and find that open line which eventually plugged it up, causing this backup in my floor drain. Carl dug up the end of the that line, found the opening and removed the roots. Then he ran the camera thru again and the whole line was cleared very soon after. He cleaned up his equipment and was on his way. I definitely would recommend River City, they were quick to respond, did quality work and at a great price! There are a lot companies in this area, ripping homeowners off for this type of work. If you want a company you can trust, give River City Septic & Excavating a call, you'll be glad that you did!
