  If I can give 0 stars I would . I paid in full for my back screen door in June. The door was $938 . I was given the run around /called several times inquiring about the screen door . Finally today 7/15/26 , an employee name Brian and some young guy arrives to my house . I greeted them kindly . Neither spoke back. I said it again and the young guy spoke back in a half spoken soft voice . I asked Brian if he would like me to keep the doors open, Brian spoke in a harsh, irritated voice and stated YES . After the job was done (and it was done poorly , the screen door doesn't even shut on its on) Brian stated "here's your keys" , and dropped my keys in my hand in a disrespectful manner . Once job was done they drove off , never said goodbye or anything . They have poor service and poor manners . I WILL NOT BE UTILIZING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

  Buyer beware. I had a brand-new French door installed less than a year ago, and by early January 2026 I discovered a significant leak. I promptly contacted the company to address the issue, especially since the installation is still under warranty. Since February 2026, I have made multiple attempts to reach the company for updates on the repair status, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. It is now late March 2026, and I feel completely ignored. I initially tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and allowed reasonable time for a response, but no effort has been made to communicate or resolve the issue. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly for a product that is still under warranty. I strongly recommend that others thoroughly research this company and consider alternative options before committing.
