- DBDaniel BradfordMay 13, 20261.0Josh did a terrible job and I do not want him back on my property. The side panel on new my unit has a inch and a half gap in it. I was initially told that was as good as it gets , when I inquired about it. Josh was on the phone with his wife the entire time he was here and avoided eye contact. He only spoke when I asked why did he have and attitude? After walking back to replace the part which took 3 + to come in, he informed me it was for a air conditioning unit not a whole house generator he would need to order the correct part. It was then he told he could order another side panel for the unit. At this point, the decision I made to purchase this generator from your company and have it installed was a terrible idea and I am deeply dissapointed.

In less than 30 minutes he rang the doorbell and announced he was finished. He stated the monitoring is up and running.
- TLThanh LaiMay 1, 20262.0Josh was not equipped to address the total gas leak issue. There continues to be a gas leak coming from the lawn that needs to be addressed. We are told our lawn will need to be dug up a second time, after re-seeded from the initial install

I enjoyed the time we spent together. The work was done to a high standard of excellence. They explained everything very well. The install was done as if they were doing it at their home. I could not be happier.
