    Jeff is very courteous and professional. He alerts us to the time he will arrive and keeps us aware of what is happening. Very good service man. Our Generac on the other hand after being without it during the horrible tornadoes that leveled properties in our community is another matter! My husband is 100% disabled Veteran and it's important for us to have electricity due to his needs and my own. We haven't had a working Generac since June 11th and we were told a part was needed. Today Jeff finally received the part but after installing it it was determined a new motor is required. It is June 30th. How long do we need to wait this time? We purchased this BiG ticket items year ago due to the needs of disabled persons. Our investment for our health and peace of mind isn't doing its job. Very disappointed!🤬

    Josh went above and beyond to try n help fix my unit the best he could.. I appreciate his help and knowledge! Just gonna have to see what Generac does next..

    This is the second time Josh was dispatched to our home when our generator did not kick on during inclement weather. Josh was amazing! He explained the issues both times and rectified the problem. He was just out first thing this morning due to horrible storms overnight in the Indiana area. He called me first thing in the morning after he c found the issue (loose connectors and a new battery needed but now replaced). I’m grateful that he took care of it this morning because as I write this we are in the middle of a tornado warning and hunkered in the basement with our pups. And the generator is working perfectly!!!

    Josh came out in the rain to fix our brand new generator. He did a great job!! The company however is another story. Not Josh’s fault. Why would a new generator need to be fixed?! That’s what I would like to know. So much for 24/7 monitoring. The company didn’t tell us it wasn’t working. We figured it out ourselves. Something wrong here. Scott is working on it. We also Never received any annual servicing, etc. installation was a nightmare and now they aren’t servicing the generator as they were contracted to do. I bet Kohler wouldn’t like the way their product is being positioned.Do better! Scott is new and I’m hoping he can get this all straightened out.

    Bryce Wanamaker and his partner did an excellent job installing our whole house Generac generator. It took many hours to get the generator and other essential items installed and tested to ensure the generator will work successfully for my wife and me, if or when the need or an emergency should ever arise. The only complaint I have is that the whole install and testing procedures took 2 days - mainly because the installers didn't have the necessary battery needed by the generator to run properly. So they had to wait a couple of days before the essential battery became available for them to install it in the generator. But once the battery was installed, the testing of the generator was able to proceed. Time will tell as to whether the installation of this Generac generator turned out to be a good and necessary investment.
