He as very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. If I could hand pick my technician moving forward it would be him. Thanks again Beau for helping us get our generator back up and running in no time!

You could also text or email a copy for my records, Again I want to say he was nicestr then any other employee from Tri State. That I have worked with!

I scheduled an appointment with this generator company two months in advance, only to have them cancel the appointment the morning of the scheduled service. When I contacted them to reschedule, I explained that Saturdays are necessary because of my work schedule. Rather than trying to accommodate a reasonable request, I was told the next available Saturday would be another two months away. After waiting two months for an appointment, having it canceled at the last minute, and then being expected to wait another two months for a Saturday appointment, I have very little confidence in their commitment to customer service or respecting their customers’ time. If scheduling and reliability are important to you, I would strongly recommend considering other companies before committing to this one.

Mentioned service to maintain generator and recommend the membership that Tri- County has so that technicians can diagnose problems and do maintenance so you don’t have to try to contact someone who is qualified as Generac only talks with the technicians. We will be joining the membership.

When I opened the door to my garage to close it, the smell of gas was so strong that my eyes were burning. I called your office and NIPSCO. When the guy from NIPSCO arrived, he informed me that his meter indicated extremely high leaves of carbon dioxide and gas. There is no way your Josh didn't smell it before he left my home. He left me harm's way without in concern.
