I submitted a non-emergency appt request through the website that night, J&A called first thing in the morning, and had a technician out by early afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, explained best case/worst case, and showed me what had happened. He was able to make the repairs (best case), and the price was very reasonable. Super happy with the service. Will definitely call J&A again next time we have issues.

After that he was coming in and out of both doors in my home tracking my floor and I had to instruct him not to do so and just use one door. Than once he finished he didn’t close the circuit breaker door or none he just left. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. I would not recommend.
