  They have a ai answering service dont even take the time to answer the phone for customers shows how much they care. Cant even talk to a real person

  By far the worst customer service I’ve had ever in my life and I’m 57. The guy was so rude on the phone would not let me talk at all or ask a question just some rich guy that took over the other company and don’t know what he’s doing and way overpriced literally double of almost anybody else in Lake County insane good luck with your new business

  I was provided BNK Plumbing through my American Home Shield Home Warranty. Dan & Tristan showed up on time. They were honest and thorough. They diagnosed our problems and quickly provided solid solutions. At the end, Dan noticed our water was running hot and helped me understand what that meant and showed me how to fix. I am very grateful that AHS assigned my family BNK Plumbing.

  It just doesn't get any better than this! From customer service to price to quality of work!!! Kevin is awesome!!!!! I called for help at 3:30pm. It's 5:46pm and the work is done.
