Tech was great at communicating process and even greater with which the alacrity he demanded payment up front.. however the basic request that I had for him In taking photos was not met..I repeatedly emphasized the need for photos throughout entirety of our communication and he repeatedly conceded that they would be provided. Yet upon completion there were no photos sent..when I contacted management they called the technician and he lied in stating he sent photos. I asked management to have him send photos to her so she could email them to me directly and she slighted me with total disregard. Proper business is to ensure all parties meet their obligations they failed me in that regard..
- LMLinleigh MarieJul 13, 20262.0My main drain backed up. I purchased a 75ft k-400 drain snake and couldn’t reach the clog. The first guy who came out was helpful and said the longest cable snake they had was around 80ft and likely wouldn’t do any good of mine did not work. He then recommended a “hydro jet” treatment for $800. After half an hour he finally got through the plug. The hydro jet treatment comes with a complimentary camera scope….this is where I got frustrated. The “field supervisor” came out 2.5 hours after the first service tech and acted like nothing more than a salesmen. He dodged questions about cheaper options and jumped straight to excavation several times. He’s there for a sale and nothing more.

- RSRichard StewartJun 30, 20261.0It did not start well. Did not end well. Our basement drain clogged up and flooded our basement. We called Friday. Even though they advertise 24 hour service they would not come till Saturday. We.baled gallons of water trying to keep the water off carpeted areas. Saturday morning came and no Roto-rooter showed. Called and found out they had no service to our city on weekends. So we rescheduled again for Monday. Monday came and nice man tried but couldn’t open it. I was still charged $150. Had to call someone else to finish the job.
