  Jalil L. Is an excellent technician! He is very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jalil was also very respectful of my property. Jalil is very skillful and does a thorough and not rushed job. He answered all of my questions with certainty and was very patient in doing so. It was extremely hot outside; but he never wavered and pushed on through till the job was done. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciated his hard work. He explained everything very clearly. He is truly an asset to the company. Thank you very much Jalil :)

  Ulices was simply great. He called in advance, asked if he could show up early Was very polite and professional and explained everything that needed to be done to restore my A/C. He provided guidance and recommendations for future care of the heating/ A/C unit. and was very thorough. Hoekstra is very lucky to have him on their staff. I will ask for him the next time I need help with my heating/ A/C unit.

  Sonny was a very thorough and conscientious technician. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the finished installation and notified me whenever he saw something that he felt should be addressed vs. Just ignoring it. This was impressive to me as I'm always on the lookout for competent people who do neat quality work. If there's one pet peeve of mine its when someone does poor quality work and expects me to live with it. Sonny's dedication to customer service and pride in craftsmanship was evident from start to finish which made for a great experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Sonny and the rest of the Hoekstra team!

  Stephen and his apprentice arrived on time, introducing himself and his team. They were both very professional and kind. While examining the AC unit outside, Stephen explained what he was doing and what was wrong in detail; even taking photos and sharing the information with me. Upon entering my home to inspect the unit on the inside, both he and his apprentice respected my space and covered their feet with booties. I was extremely overwhelmed and emotional by a number of events that occurred during the weeks prior to Hoekstra’s arrival that when Stephen completed his diagnosis of the unit, I could not contain myself. Stephen was empathetic and tried to give words of encouragement and support. Yes, a new AC & furnace are needed but I was able to accept this fact knowing that people and employees who represent companies still care about their customers. Thank you Stephen for making this difficult situation with the news of an unexpected financial expense more acceptable. I will definitely be referring Stephen and Hoekstra to all my friends and family.
