Very Disappointing Experience — I Would Not Hire Again Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The installation was poorly done, and the AC unit only worked for approximately one month before all of the refrigerant leaked out. The overall workmanship and professionalism were also concerning. Trash and debris were left throughout the work area, and the installer appeared unprepared for the job, including asking to borrow and use my personal tools. Communication became another major issue. There were multiple occasions when the installer did not show up when promised, and eventually communication stopped altogether despite my attempts to reach out. When I contacted them regarding the problems with the installation and asked about warranty coverage, they refused to honor the warranty. I also requested documentation showing that they were properly licensed and insured to perform the work on my home, but I was unable to obtain proof of either. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far below the level of professionalism I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would not hire them again.

The technician was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. I felt like I was getting good work at a reasonable price, which is the best you can ask for

Tony provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was very kind, accommodating to my schedule, and arrived right on time. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions honestly, and made sure I understood what my system needed. I was so impressed with the service that I've already scheduled my second maintenance visit with him for my furnace. I highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and excellent HVAC service.

Our AC just went out during this heatwave and Antonio came out within two hours of us calling. He was able to help patch our problem knowing our unit is on its way out and even offered to help us pick out our new unit! We seriously appreciate his willingness to come out so quickly, especially since we were quoted at least a week at a few other businesses! We seriously cannot thank him enough!!!
