You did not even know that they had been here, there was nothing left behind, no damage to lawn or plants/flowers. The job cost was exactly as quoted. Employees were professional and skilled workers. As home owners for 20+ years, this was our first experience with a homeowners insurance claim. Our project manager/adjuster Nick was amazing. He handled "EVERYTHING". Nick was able to work with our insurance company and get us a pretty large increase from what they originally offered to cover. From the first day we met Nick in our driveway, it only took 3 weeks to get a new roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. Our house looks NEW. We would highly recommend Nick at Top Midwest Construction. They were very professional. Nick did everything he said they would and communicated with us every step of the way.
