  Ryan Mountain from On The Mark was phenomenal at explaining every detail of the work he was completing and how to get the best out of our system during a maintenance and thermostat install visit. Could not recommend On The Mark more, and especially Ryan M.

  I cannot say enough good things about On The Mark Heating & Air. Our AC stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and within just a few hours of contacting them, Chris was at our house diagnosing the problem. Chris was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his field. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had our air conditioning back up and running in no time. From my initial outreach to the completed repair, the entire process took less than three hours. It's rare to find that level of responsiveness and customer service these days. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend On The Mark Heating & Air, and especially Chris.

  On The Mark did a great job with my furnace installation. Everything was explained with detail, I was given multiple affordable plans to choose from, and the installation itself was done very professionally. All of the people I met with were very polite as well. Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris, James, and Carlos, and there was another technician with Carlos, but I did not get their profile messaged to me, but thank you all for the excellent work!

  I was referred to On the Mark Heating and Air by a real estate professional I know who had received excellent service in their own household from On the Mark. On the Mark served my household with equal excellence. The day the team arrived, they soon faced unexpectedly heavy rains in thunderstorms with lightning and high winds. But they assessed my problem and installed my new AC unit with only a half day weather delay. They also delivered and set up two portable AC units, at no additional charge, to keep our home cool during the delay. Eight members of the On the Mark team worked to meet this challenge: Elena, James, Omar, Joe, Carlos, Jesse, Chris and Stephanie. All eight worked with courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, positive attitude and persistence. They worked on site at my home, or via phone or text message or email to keep me involved in the process from start to finish and respond to any questions or make any necessary adjustments. And On the Mark finished with a flourish. As a gesture of thanks, they sent me a soft-side On the Mark insulated lunch bag filled with a dozen delicious homemade-style cookies. Thank you, On the Mark!

  Ryan Mountain was the technician who came to check our central a/c today and provided excellent service. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to fully explain what was going on with our unit, what was recommended, and options we have to take the next step for repairs. He was empathetic to our financial predicament right now but came up with great suggestions and offers.
