  We used On The Mark after another company came to service our A/C units and were told there was an issue that would cost $1,500+ dollars. My intuition was telling me we needed a second opinion. Chris came and quickly diagnosed the problem as something else that was much less expensive and was able to fix it right then. We also found out our heat exchangers were cracked on three of our 15 year old furnaces, so we chose to replace them. On The Mark gave us the best price out of a couple companies we received an estimate from. Jeff Martin and his team did a great job installing our furnaces as well as four humidifiers over two days. They were professional, gracious, and most importantly installed our new furnaces in a way that will keep them running well for many years to come. They even took a large bag of trash that our gutter cleaners left behind. I really appreciated that extra kindness. We will be using On The Mark for our future HVAC needs.

  Okay, I have to talk about James for a minute. We knew we needed a new AC unit, and honestly we were dreading the whole process. Then James showed up and made it genuinely easy. No pressure, no upsell-y vibes, just real talk that helped us make a smart decision for our family. Here’s what really got me though. My two-year-old was running around like a tiny tornado the entire time. Most people would lose their train of thought or rush through the pitch just to escape. Not James. He stayed locked in, built a quote around what we actually needed, and explained everything so clearly that even with all the chaos, I got pulled back in twice because I was that impressed. You can just tell he cares. If you’re thinking about calling On the Mark, do yourself a favor and ask for James. Wish I could leave more than five stars.

  5 stars all around! From the first phone call to the completed service, this company was amazing to work with. Stephanie was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions quickly and made everything so easy and stress-free. The technicians were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. You can tell this company genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, reliable heating and cooling service!

  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, the entire process was very professional. James and Jeff did an excellent and very thorough job. It’s hard to find companies that are reliable, honest, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction, but this team absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. Excellent experience all around!

  Update to my already 5 Star Review. The installation crew came to my house this morning and I was wowed once again! They were the nicest guys, wore shoe covers, laid down tarps, explained everything, inspected everything and fixed or replaced anything that needed to be fixed or replaced. They cleaned up after themselves!! They were fun, friendly, knowledgeable and just made the whole thing a great experience!! They let my dog love them too!!! Jeff, Joe and Cory were amazing and should be acknowledged for setting a great customer service experience!! I can’t say enough great things about this company. James came out to my house and was so friendly and knowledgeable!! He is not your typical salesman. He will go above and beyond to help you get a great deal! I am the president of my HOA and have already shared his information with my 300+ homeowners. This company is the only place you should do business with. They are transparent and honest. James is now a friend too!!
