  I was not solicited or paid for this review. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that still believes in craftsmanship, professionalism, and taking pride in their work, look no further than Aqua Knight Plumbing. Today, Matt and Justice installed our new Bradford White water heater, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and worked with the kind of confidence and attention to detail that only comes from true professionals. They were clean, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every question was answered patiently, and they explained exactly what they were doing and why. When they finished, the installation looked immaculate—organized, neat, and done right the first time. They even left the work area cleaner than they found it. In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, Matt and Justice reminded me that there are still tradespeople who genuinely care about doing exceptional work. They represent Aqua Knight Plumbing in the best possible way. If you need a water heater or any plumbing work, don’t hesitate to call Aqua Knight Plumbing. Ask for Matt and Justice if you can—you’ll be glad you did. Five stars isn’t enough!

  Response to Owner: Your response is misleading and does not accurately reflect what happened during my service visit. First, your technician did agree during the visit to install the third-party part I had purchased. Your statement that he simply refused because it was an “unverified” part does not accurately represent the conversation that took place. Second, your claim that the technician spent 45 minutes at my home is incorrect. He was at my door for approximately 15 minutes, not 45 minutes. I have Ring camera video footage with timestamps that can verify exactly when the technician arrived, came to my door, and left. I am willing to provide that footage as proof. Your GPS records apparently show the technician’s vehicle remaining in the area, but that does not prove that he spent 45 minutes inside my home diagnosing the issue. I stand by my original review based on my actual experience. If you would like to dispute the facts, I can provide the Ring video evidence documenting the technician’s actual time at my door. Original: Very disappointing experience. I was charged $80 for a 15-minute visit, and the technician barely inspected my water heater before trying to sell me over $1,000 in repairs for what appeared to be a simple $30 fix. It felt more like a sales call than a service visit. I would not recommend this company.

  I was looking for a plumber who could help with a persistent pressurized leak in my laundry room, as well as the original water heater for my town home stopped working (i.e. no hot water was being generated). Per research, came across Aqua Knight Plumbing, a company local to my area. I reached out to them via their email, listing what I needed, and happy to see Jessica responded to my email the same day stating Aqua Knight was happy to help. With Jessica's assistance, a technician was scheduled to come out to see what needed to be done and provide an estimate. Deacon came out on an early Saturday August morning (during the 8AM hour) to do a survey of the work. Appreciated he pointed out some things that needed to be done (e.g. the flex gas connector to the old water heater was not up to code!). After the survey, Deacon provided a very good break down of the work. I received a lot of membership discounts (decided to go with Aqua Knight's yearly membership), bringing the estimate down even further. The following Monday, Matt and Justin came out (again, in a timely matter: during the 10AM hour) and they were efficient installing the new water heater (a 40 gallon Bradford White, only available via professional plumbers) and hauled away the old water heater. In addition, Matt and Justin replaced the old cold water pipe (that had the pressurized leak) as well as the old hot water pipe, installing new copper pipes and new ball valves. The time it took to do all this work was approximately 6 hours. Overall, I am very happy with the efficient work Aqua Knight performed in a relatively short period of time. With the new membership, they are now on my list of go to plumbers for any future plumbing needs for my town home.
