  After a big area storm, I lost power in my home mid-morning. With power not expected to return for 2-5 days, I called 4 generator service companies to come take a look at my generator which hadn't been working the last 2 years. Despite it being late afternoon, DJ from MPOWER returned my call within 20 minutes, and was at my home in Clarendon Hills within 45 minutes. He had my generator up and running within 1/2 hr, and temporary power was restored to my refrigerator and other essentials. I can't thank DJ and MPOWER enough-I still can't believe he responded so quickly AND was able to service my generator and get it running to restore power to the essential areas in my home until ComEd is able to fix the power outage in the area. Thank you DJ and MPOWER!!! 🤗

  We have been customers of MPower since 2007, and our experience has always been exceptional. We live in an area where we have rarely needed to rely on our generator, yet we have faithfully had it serviced by MPower yearly. Recently, our town was hit by a major storm, and our generator started immediately without a hitch. The storm struck on Monday morning, and by Thursday evening we were still without utility power. During dinner, we suddenly heard the generator shut down, and our home went completely dark. We immediately contacted MPower, and DJ came to the rescue within 20 minutes. Despite it being around 9:15 p.m., he arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, added the much-needed oil to the generator, and had us back up and running in no time. In today’s world, it is rare to find a company that stands behind its customers the way MPower does. We are especially grateful for DJ’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to come out late at night to help our family. His outstanding service is a perfect example of why we have remained loyal MPower customers for so many years. Thank you DJ, and thank you MPower!
