Transfer Station and Diversified Recycling

Garbage, yard waste and recycling material is brought here from homes and business in our service area and beyond. From here, garbage and yard waste is loaded into transfer trailers which take the material to landfills and composting sites. Recycling material is unloaded separately and Diversified Recycling’s MRF (Material Recovery Facility) sorts and processes the recyclables. The site is open to the public; accepting loads of garbage, yard waste, and construction material. There is a one ton minimum charge. Hard Hats, safety vests and PPE required. All vehicles enter on Laflin Ave. and must be weighed on our truck scale before dropping off material. Yard waste is accepted April – November ONLY.
