Dominik was very professional, he worked diligently and completed the inspection of my HVAC. He explained the details of his visit and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him.

Brandon did a fine job and explained everything to me that he did and everything that he thought needed to be done in the future.

He was absolutely amazing!! His efficiency, professionalism and skill were equally matched by his friendliness and wonderful personality! I am incredibly grateful to him for his natural ability to immediately put me at ease. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or anxious during his time here and he easily engaged me in conversation and made this seemingly routine appointment for most people (an appointment I had been stressed out by since making it) into a positive experience that I will always associate with your company! Thank you to Ramon and Ernst!

I cannot say enough good things about Ernst Heating & Cooling! Our geothermal AC went out over the weekend, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The owner personally came out on a Sunday to try to figure out what was going on, which meant so much to us. Then, first thing Monday morning, they sent a technician (Brandon) out to check everything again and make sure the problem was taken care of. Their responsiveness, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond was outstanding. It’s hard to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers like this. I highly recommend Ernst Heating & Cooling and will absolutely use them again in the future!
