  My air conditioner went out yesterday at 4 pm. Ernst was going to send a technician out immediately but I had another appointment. A tech came out first thing this morning. A fairly major repair required. He completed it is in a few hours. Was very professional and now I have air conditioning! Been with Ernst for 3 years. Very happy!

  Mitchell and Isaac were great! They were respectful of property and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking with them. Mitchell made everything very clear. They are both assets to the company!

  Mitchell was amazing! He took the time to make sure we understood exactly what the problem was and what parts needed addressed. He was able to correct the immediate issue and get the house cooling down. He respected us and our home. Would highly recommend Mitchell and the rest of the team at Ernst. Thank you!

  Very hard working young man, I had to make him take a break. Really explained everything he was doing, and the cost. I told him that he could finish the next day but he insisted on getting it finished and we thank him very much.
