  I asked this company to come out because my previous company has not been able to service my hvac system. I have had my house since 2020 and have had my systems serviced ever since. I have never been told about any issues until now. The guy that came to my house was very nice UNTIL I stated I was not paying for a contract and was getting a second opinion on the compressors he said I needed, at which time he couldn't get out of here fast enough and his attitude totally changed. I was shocked until today when I found out that what he was telling me to replace actually did NOT need to be replaced. This is so sad to me because he said my ac unit (2018) was just going to stop working. If this was an elderly person they would be so scared and would purchase whatever they were told. I am so glad I knew better and got a second opinion. I wish I would have never had this company come to home. I am glad that when I got the uneasy feeling that I was being scammed that Ifollowed my gut.

  I had a brand new system installed last year and just had my 1 year maintenance done today. Ernst has always been professional, on time and great to work with. They have competitive pricing and are not pushy when it comes to adding on services. They just lay out options and make recommendations. I'll continue my business with them for all my heating and cooling needs.

  Acquired same day appointment! Logan gave us some recommendations for things we should upgrade to protect our GeoThermal system. When hearing the cost of potential damage compared to upgrading, of course we knocked out the recommended parts. Thanks for being honest.
