  Words can not explain how great of a service that Mr.Ballenger and crew did, now my air conditioner is working properly and they were professional, reasonable and got the service completed in a short period of time.

  Clarence and the team were responsive, on-time, communicative, respectful, and informative. When the AC goes out in your home during the summer, it becomes a clear commodity and necessity. They knew how to fix the problem - seemed very understanding and even made a trip out on a Sunday to prepare for their work on Monday/Tuesday. Professional is an understatement. Gurnee/Lake County area is lucky to have a genuine Black-owned service like this one.

  This past week my heat went out around 9:00pm, it just happened it was one of the coldest nights of the year. I called several companies and finally Triple Tech answered and came out within one hour. The gentlemen that came out were very knowledgeable and had my heat on with in an hour. I was extremely grateful. I thought the bill would be much more considering it was late at night. I am so pleased with triple Tech I have been recommending them to all my friends.
