- RCRick Contino6 days ago5.0Rich from Command Plumbing was at our house today after our first-floor toilet stopped flushing and raw sewage started backing up into the bathtub. I called Command Plumbing and spoke with Dan, who was able to get a technician out to our house very quickly. Rich arrived and found the problem, then rodded out the main drain all the way to the street using about 90 feet of snake. Everything is now working perfectly. Our water heater went out very early Tuesday morning, 7/28/26, we called and he came out later that same morning. Took a look at what was wrong, ordered the parts and came as soon as he could today, Wednesday 7/29/26. He went through the work he did for us and explained everything crystal clear, left no questions to be asked! Would highly recommend Command Plumbing Inc to everyone, couldn't have asked for better!
