- SSSMay 7, 20265.0Absolutely superlative in every way! My parents' sump pump discharge line broke at 1:00 a.m. during heavy rains. I started calling plumbing companies that advertised 24/7 service. Got answering services that promised to call back (and ultimately never did!). Dan answered the phone himself and was here in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Was impressed by his expertise, thoroughness, and professionalism. He communicated well about what needed to be done and why. Was totally upfront about costs. He worked as quickly as possible without compromising quality and was meticulous about clocking off and on when he went to stores early in the morning to get specialty items. Very personable too. He was kind and respectful to my elderly father who wanted to be in the basement to see what was going on. Thanks to his expertise the damage was far less than it could have been. He also gave us the name of an awesome company that did water extraction/ mold mitigation. I give Command Plumbing the highest recommendation.

No nonsense, just did the job required and cleaned up after himself. We also had a toilet repair previously, which he also took care of in a professional manner. We would recommend Command Plumbing, as would our dog, he is dog friendly.
