  Santi and his team did an incredible job helping me through the process of getting my roof replaced. They were very clear at explaining the process at every turn. I didn’t even realize how much damage was up there. Anyone looking for help would benefit tremendously through this team of experts.

  Working with Santi and his team was great! He helped me greatly with the insurance and completing the whole roof and gutters. Santi made the process of replacing the roof and gutters as quick as possible and I am so greatful for it. He was even able to install 2 skylights which we love! I was thoroughly impressed with all that was done! Thank you

  I was referred to Santi, the best roof guy around, and Strata Exteriors, and even though they’re based out of the Chicago area, Santi drove all the way to Milwaukee to help me with an insurance claim that’s been dragging on for months. So far, nothing has been finalized, but I can honestly say he’s shown more initiative and dedication than anyone else I’ve worked with throughout this process. And he’s cool as hell. He took the time to thoroughly review my claim, explain what was going on, and identify issues that had been overlooked. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely seems invested in helping rather than just checking a box. If the effort he’s put in so far is any indication of how he handles projects, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Santi and the team at Strata Exteriors.

  My wife and I met with three roofing companies before Strata and the difference was immediate. Nobody else even went in the backyard to look at the garage. Strata documented everything, explained the process clearly, and actually made us feel informed. Thanks guys.
