We had a Terrible experience here, my wife and I walked in and almost immediately some lady who was in a bad mood came right up to us and started high pressure sales tactics. When we politely said we would like to look in private she got extremely upset and said “ WELL why are you HERE?” Because eventually she found out we are shopping around. I’m not sure if this is common at this location but she would not leave us alone and eventually walked away to only remain close by and it was hard to look around. This was a shocking response and display of professionalism.

My wife and I had a great experience with DeSitter Flooring from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was responsive, easy to communicate with, and very easy to get in touch with, even on weekends. When we were trying to make our carpet selection, Paul was able to send samples out quickly and made the whole process very straightforward. They were also incredibly flexible with scheduling. We had other work being completed in the house that kept running longer than expected, which forced us to push our carpet installation back several times. DeSitter was understanding and worked with us each time without making the situation difficult. The installation itself was excellent. Alfredo and his crew replaced all of the existing tack strip and were extremely careful around our newly installed and freshly painted baseboards and newly painted walls. We were especially concerned about damage since so much other work had just been completed, but the crew treated the house with a lot of care. The installers also stayed late on a weekday to make sure they remained on schedule and could completely finish the job the following day. Which was great because it was new carpeting throughout the entire house. That extra effort was very much appreciated. Overall, DeSitter was professional, accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We are very happy with both the finished product and the experience and would definitely recommend them.

We had a small carpeting project and collected quotes from several companies, including Home Depot. DeSitter offered a comparable quote, higher-quality carpet, and—most importantly—excellent communication. From start to finish, DeSitter exceeded our expectations. They worked within our budget, responded promptly via email, text, and phone, and their installation team arrived right on time. Kelly, Paul, and Julie were all amazing to work with! And the installers were efficient, extremely professional, and left our space spotless. The finished carpet looks fantastic! We truly appreciate DeSitter taking on a smaller job and handling it with such care. Supporting a locally owned business with such a dedicated team is a pleasure. We highly recommend DeSitter Flooring to anyone!
