  Edited due to threats of legal action (not a new tactic apparently, see another review) and not wanting added stress on my ill husband: The work is, from ground level to our untrained eyes, done well. His crew was polite, we even grilled out and treated them to lunch on the last day. I never said the work on the roof wasn't done. The roof is done, I will add a photo when able. I feel sick to my stomach editing this because every word was true, but since he messaged my husband, who has enough concerns in life without this added stress of a bogus defamation suit, I want to put a stop this. The problems we had did not come from the craftsmanship on the roof. They came from overpromising and under delivering in an already messed up situation and when we made the choice to pay and move on to a new contractor, his unprofessional attitude towards me. I don't want to destroy his company but his choices led to the original review, no amount of threats and bribes will not take away from the fact we are missing most of our gutters which shouldn't have been removed until ready to go forward with other repairs, or change what he said in the course of asking for an invoice before final payment. If he had been respectful at the end and communicated appropriately with us during, there wouldn't have been any issues. All I wanted to do was warn people to get it ALL in writing because he left us feeling wronged at the end. However, he has apologized, though I do doubt sincerity, and his points focus on the work is solid and my review was damaging. I cannot dispute the work is solid at this time but it doesn't change the facts of conversations, contracts, lack of contracts, and unprofessional behavior in our experience with him. If you read the original review, every word was true and from our perspective this all boiled down to unprofessional behavior and lack of follow through not the work itself.

  Due to extensive hail damage they roofed our home in 2020 and no leaks. Great customer service. Great prices.
