  My technician Steve was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. Would highly recommend.

  Isiah came out at 11pm to do a repair. My husband thought the capacitor was the issue. For a service call at night it was 249 dollars. The capacitor was the issue. He didn’t have the part but he had a partner that did so he went to get it. The part was 412. I did ask why it was that cost if the part is only 50 or less anywhere else. His best answer was he was only technician and they try to include everything in that price. I will say I have a normal HVAC guy that called at 6am the next morning because he thought we were sleeping because he didn’t get out message till 11pm and he wouldn’t have charged that price because he said he knows the part isn’t that much. My star is mostly for this company charging that price. The technician was nice and I feel answered my questions honestly. We are fortunate we were able to pay but I feel bad for the people that can’t and this company does this too. If anyone in the DeKalb’s, ogle, Winnebago is looking for a honest HVAC company I would suggest Hull HVAC in Rochelle il.

  Amazing job!! From the first time they were here for the quote until they left it was the perfect experience. Everyone was professional and communicated everything well. Isiah and his team did a great job explaining the work and answering all the questions I had. They cleaned up and it was like they weren’t even here. I would recommend Edelman to everyone!

  Angel was extremely friendly, professional and clear with instructions throughout the visit. Arrival was prompt and the maintenance process was explained in a way that was easy to understand. One of my cats decided that Angel needed "supervision" and spent much of the appointment helping with the service. Angel welcomed the extra assistance and was great about having her around. Overall an excellent service experience. I appreciate the professionalism and would gladly recommend Edelman and Angel to others.
