- CCCory CacioppoJun 2, 20265.0I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A SHED THAT YOU TALK TO MIKE CARBONE IN SALES AT THE FRANKLIN PARK LOCATION. HE UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS AND MADE THE SELECTION PROCESS EASY. THEY HAVE MANY OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE. MY INSTALLATION IS SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, I WILL WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW WHEN COMPLETED. SO, A LOT HAS HAPPENED LATELY. 28 DAYS AFTER THE SHED WENT UP A NEIGHBORS TREE BROKE AND WENT THROUGH THE ROOF. I CALLED MIKE CARBONE AGAIN AND THIS GUY IS THE BEST. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE AND SCHEDULED THE TEAM TO COME OUT TO REPLACE THE ROOF. THEIR INSTALLERS ARE LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL THE ROOF WAS DAMAGED. GREAT JOB TUFF SHED! OUTSTANDING JOB MIKE!! THIS GUY CALLS ME BACK EACH AND EVERY TIME. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A SHED I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING MIKE CARBONE A CALL AT THE FRANKLIN PARK LOCATION. THANKS AGAIN!

The managers incompetent, not being truthful, the project had been postponed twice, one of the managers was blaming me for that which I had nothing to do with, she is definitely lacking customer service skills. First they didn't order the material on time, then they ordered wrang one, then they installed wrang material so they had to bring it down and reinstalled the proper one, what was in the contract originally.
