  Absolute lifesavers! Dealing with a failing speciality water heater at 3 PM before a long holiday weekend is stressful, but Permidt and John saved the day. Fast, knowledgeable and customer service focused. They were able to find the water heater, picked it up and installed it within a few hours. They got everything working perfectly before the break. Will definitely be keeping their number on speed dial! John followed up to make sure everything was working great. 5 out of 5 stars!!

  Permidt completed a sewer scope for a client purchasing a home. Unfortunately, this aspect of their service was not a great experience. The technicians were unable to determine how to record the video and suggested that I record it on my phone, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, there was a language barrier that made communication difficult throughout the process.

  I could tell from the start that this company was honest, straightforward and not trying to sell me something I may not necessarily need. Jorge and Mike were very knowledgeable and helpful when they did the camera and rodding at mine and my sister's place. Thanks!
