  Permidt completed a sewer scope for a client purchasing a home. Unfortunately, this aspect of their service was not a great experience. The technicians were unable to determine how to record the video and suggested that I record it on my phone, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, there was a language barrier that made communication difficult throughout the process.

  I could tell from the start that this company was honest, straightforward and not trying to sell me something I may not necessarily need. Jorge and Mike were very knowledgeable and helpful when they did the camera and rodding at mine and my sister's place. Thanks!

  Permidt was recommended to me by REEG when they were booked full with other local urgent customers. Permidt was very professional and communicative prior to and during the appointment. We had slow flushing toilets after the big March rainstorms that became mostly clogged toilets after a few days. Was impressed they fit us in same day, clearly after a long day for them. Friendly, professional and to the point. Will reach to them again in the future if needed.
