- RBRonald BielanskiAug 15, 20261.0$500 to rod out a bathroom sink. Guy came with a hand drill and a thin wire rod. He spent 15 minutes and said he couldn't clear it. He said I need to have the pipe cut out and replaced. $1900 quote. Found a smaller contractor. They came with a 1/2" power rodder. Got down to the basement from the 2nd floor in 10 minutes. $200. Goode is taking advantage of people. $500 for absolutely NOTHING! They are thieves. I wouldn't pay them to clean out my gutters, they couldn't do it anyway!

- CMC MeltzerAug 12, 20265.0Brian Rudden was great! We had a toilet leak from the 2nd floor and recognized that the problem needed special attention. (A different plumber worked on this toilet a couple years ago and made a temporary fix but did not solve the real problem of a toilet collar.) Brian stayed for maybe 5 hours making sure that this toilet collar was fixed the correct way. Even after installing the toilet, he tested some flushes and noticed there were little drips. He still took it off again making sure this was done right. He also gave us advice on fixing the lever and flapper in the tank. This guy has had plenty of experience and knows what he's doing. He shared the process and pictures throughout his job. Hope you have him work on your toilet leak.

We are grateful for his expertise and valuable advice and will continue to recommend him and Goode. Edit: he and Tristan came back later in the week and did a valve and cartridge replacement on our shower and did a wonderful job. They are very kind and professional and we love how everything turned out!
