From the very beginning, he was punctual, professional, an excellent communicator, and genuinely kind. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explain the process, and made us feel confident that the job would finally be done right. Our backyard had been a constant source of stress. The original drain had been installed incorrectly and was much too close to our house. As a result, our sump pump ran almost continuously, and we were left with a muddy, swamp-like pool of standing water that was both an eyesore and a major inconvenience. It was our biggest concern because we couldn't always let our dog outside, and we worried about the long-term impact on our yard and home. Luke completely transformed the situation. He installed a new drainage system that solved the problem, and the difference is incredible. Our yard looks so much better, drains properly, and we finally have peace of mind knowing the issue has been fixed correctly. Finding someone who is skilled, dependable, honest, and truly cares about doing quality work is rare, and Luke exceeded every expectation. We highly recommend LT Excavating to anyone needing drainage or excavation work. Thank you, Luke, for your outstanding craftsmanship and for giving us our backyard back!
