- AVAlexander VMay 25, 20265.0They seperated clean aluminum from mixed without trying to downgrade everything. Paid fair rate on copper flashing, didn't play games with scale weigh. Also, unlike some other yards, they don't suddenly discover 'steel contamination' after unloading. Line speed is good. I'm usually in and ou in 20 minutes with a 16 foot dump trailer. The forklift operator actually knew what he was doing. Good setup for contractors pulling enclosed trailers. Also, they recognized repeat busines. Front desk actually remembers contractors. They'll explain how to sort for better payout instead of just rejecting the load.

- PTPatrick thomasApr 3, 20261.0The guy working yesterday was a complete jerk. I tried to recycle my old catalytic converter. I have the receipt for the new one. He said I can leave it for free or take 5 cents a pound. I would suggest everyone taking their business elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off or treated like garbage. Illinois state law says they can buy them if I have proof I didn’t steal. I have proof I didn’t steal it, but I was still treated like a scumbag thief.
